In order for us to be able to carry out your reservations online, Tele Ticket Service needs your name and address, as a minimum.
If you register online, you will receive a personal code (username). This username allows you to also reserve tickets over the telephone quickly and easily. Your details do not need to be researched by the Tele Ticket Service telephone operator.
Using your personal code (username), you can manager your own details. If you move house or change e-mail addresses, you can immediately update your details yourself. This way, you will be kept up to date about important information.
Using your personal code (username), you can check the status of your reservation at any time. You can check, among other things, whether your payment was received correctly. You can also verify whether your tickets have been sent out.
