Discover the advantages of an e-ticket!

After payment, you immediately receive your ticket(s). You will never need to worry again about your tickets getting lost or being delivered late.

E-tickets are also good for the environment! It is true that you still* need to print your e-ticket yourself at the moment, but the environment is helped because no special ticketing paper needs to be printed anymore and we do not need to produce envelopes anymore. The polluting transport to bring the tickets to you is no longer needed either.

* In the near future, you will be able to present your e-ticket via your Smartphone or pocket computer at the entry check.

It is also good for your wallet, as the handling cost for the paper version is 2.50 EUR, whereas the cost for e-tickets is 1.10 EUR per order.


CHow to book e-tickets?

When ordering tickets, in step 2 ‘Choose payment and delivery method’, choose ‘eTicket’ as delivery method. After payment, you will get an e-mail containing a link to your e-ticket(s).

I have paid my ticket(s), but I have not received an e-mail containing a link to my e-ticket(s). The e-mail may have been blocked by your computer’s spam filter. If that is not the case or you do not know how to access your spam folder, you can also access the e-ticket(s) via our website. Log in here and click on the text link ‘Consult your ticket status’.
