How to buy tickets

After selecting the event, the number of tickets and the price category, you will receive a description of the seats you have been awarded on your screen. If you are satisfied with this choice, you may confirm your choice by selecting or confirming the method of payment and delivery. Caution: different payment methods sometimes come with different delivery options. Seats reserved via the website are allocated automatically. If you wish to select your seat or verify which seats are still available, please contact our call centre.

After choosing and confirming your seats, method of payment and delivery, you can now log in (if you have not done so). Or you can register as a new client.

A. If you have selected payment by credit card, you will now need to fill in your credit card details. All confidential (credit card) information on this page is encrypted for security reasons. Your data are processed in a fully secure manner. Your card details are not stored by or accessible to Tele Ticket Service.

B. If you have ordered e-tickets with credit card payment, you will almost immediately receive an e-mail containing the link to your e-tickets. This link is also always available via the ‘My Account’ web page (cf. top of the web page).

C. If you have selected to pay by bank transfer (PDF), this information will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided, generally within fifteen minutes after confirming your reservation. As soon as the document becomes available – and it has been sent – you can access it any time you want via the web page ‘My Account’ (cf. top of the web page).

Entry tickets are sent out after your (credit card) payment is received and processed. Sometimes you will have to be a little bit patient. We can only send out entry tickets after they have been made available to us by the event organisers.

Tickets that are ordered or paid late will not be sent out, but may be collected at the ticket office before the start of the event.

The ticket offices open two hours before the start of the event, if the event takes place in the Sportpaleis or Lotto Arena. For events taking place elsewhere, it is better to contact Tele Ticket Service by telephone on: 070/345.345 (Belgium) or 0900-45.000.45 (the Netherlands). Generally, the ticket offices will remain open until thirty minutes after the start of the event.

The organiser may decide to put any tickets that have not been collected or paid up for sale as of half an hour before the start of the event.

Tickets that are not used cannot be reimbursed.
