Tele Ticket Service can be reached every working day between 14.00h to 18.00h.
From now on, our customer service department can be reached by telephone on working days from 2 to 6 pm. This frees up more time to provide customers with tickets for events that were moved due to the corona crisis with an appropriate service more quickly. More than 300 events have already been moved as a result of the measures taken to combat the coronavirus. This means that each reservation has to be dealt with separately. We have also noticed that customers contact us more often by email. That is why we have decided to adjust our accessibility by telephone for as long as this corona crisis lasts.
