4 steps to a smooth access to the event

Step 1 – Download the CovidSafeBE app in advance

Retrieve your certificates and check if the QR code is visible. Download the app.

Step 2 – Arrive on time

Please take into account an additional check for the Covid Safe Ticket. Please come in good time.

Step 3 – Have your documents ready

Have the CovidSafeBE app or your printout of the certificate with QR code and your identity card ready. In addition, when queuing at the checkpoints, wear your mouth mask and keep your distance.

Step 4 – Ticket control

Make sure you have your tickets with you. After the checkpoints, your mouth mask can be taken off and you no longer have to respect the one and a half metre distance measure. Your ticket will be checked at the entrance of the venue.

Waardebonnen

Waardebonnen kan je enkel en alleen inruilen aan de loketten aan de Lotto Arena op wedstrijddagen. De Giants-waardebonnen van seizoen 2019-2020 (vroegtijdige competitiestopzetting) en 2020-2021 (seizoen achter gesloten deuren) zijn ook volgend seizoen 2021-2022 nog geldig (exclusief play-offs en Night of the Giants).
