5 steps for a smooth access to the event

Step 1 – Download the CovidSafeBE app in advance
Retrieve your certificates and check if the QR code is visible. Download the app.

Step 2 – Arrive on time
Please take the additional check for the Covid Safe Ticket in account. Please come in time.

Step 3 – Have your documents at hand
Have the CovidSafeBE app or your printout of the certificate with QR code and your identity card ready.

Step 4 – Ticket control
Make sure you have your tickets with you. Your ticket will be checked at the entrance of the venue.

Step 5 – Mouth mask
Wear your mouth mask everywhere in the building and throughout the entire performance from 12 years of age.

Preuteleute at Capitole Gent is rescheduled to Friday February 25, 2022

Due to the coronacrisis and the measures taken in this context, Preuteleute is once more obliged to postpone the show initially planned on March 21, 2020 and rescheduled to December 10, 2020. The date is now set on Friday February 25, 2022.

Ticket holders will be contacted personally by e-mail.

The health and safety of artists, fans and staff is our top priority. Following up on the government’s guidelines. Taking responsibility. Stopping the virus. That’s our main concern right now. Thank you for your understanding. Take care, stay safe.
